Each muscle group is worked with a focus on core strengthening and stabilization. All exercises are modified to fit each stage of pregnancy and varying fitness levels.
Designed to gradually ease you back into your fitness routine, postnatal fitness combines strength and cardio, allowing you to recondition and strengthen your postnatal body. This class focuses on regaining stability, core and pelvic floor strength and function.
This suspension training class builds strength, flexibility and balance using your own bodyweight. Expect to push, pull, lunge, squat, hinge and plank your way to a better you!
A way to maintain a healthy mind and body is PNY which focuses on poses for pregnant women in order to increase strength and flexibility. Take time to center, connect and focus on yourself and your baby. Stretch and soothe sore back, shoulders and legs. Learn how to relax, breathe and meditate in preparation for labor.

This class is designed especially for pregnant women and will help keep you relaxed, strengthen the pelvic floor and abdominal muscles, improve balance and alignment to adapt to your growing baby and helps reduce back pain.
Bumps, breathing and relaxation. A weekly daytime class, to learn breathing and relaxation skills for labor. Discover ways to use a birthing ball throughout pregnancy and positions to help with labor. You will learn a variety of breathing, relaxation and visualization techniques. This class is for all moms throughout pregnancy and can help strengthen your pelvic floor muscles, back and legs and increase flexibility in your hips all of which help make your pregnancy body stronger, better prepared for the birth and assistance post delivery.

Prepared Childbirth Education
A five week 2-hour class supplies practical information about labor and delivery. The small group-centered class is provided in a comfortable environment where open discussions are encouraged. This comprehensive course, taught by a Certified Childbirth Educator, makes learning about pregnancy, labor, birth and the postpartum experience interesting, informative and fun!
This 5 week 2 hour course that emphasizes natural childbirth and teaches self hypnosis techniques to combat fear and pain during labor.
HypnoBirthing is a tried and proven method that guides and prepares a woman in giving birth in a peaceful and extraordinarily beautiful manner. It is a program that considers the psychological, as well as the physical, well-being of the mother, her birth partner, and the newborn.
The HypnoBirthing program is built around an educational process that includes special breathing, relaxation, visualization, meditative practice, attention to nutrition and positive body toning. Most importantly it fosters an air of mutual respect for the birthing family, as well as the health-care provider in a traditional health-care system or an alternative setting.
The Bradley Method
A comprehensive 12-week childbirth class that also covers breastfeeding and newborn basics. The method is designed to prepare couples for an all natural birth using simple, effective techniques and utilizing the partner as a “coach”. Over 1,000,000 couples have prepared using The Bradley Method with over 86% having a “spontaneous, unmediated, vaginal birth”.
